Overview

Yes Yes Yes is landing at KDC Ruins on June 6, as LP Giobbi brings her Defected-backed label and event series to one of NYC’s most electric open-air spaces. She’s joined by a stacked supporting cast featuring Brussels-based EMJIE, German- talent Bákayan, and Brooklyn favorites Fundido, rounding out a lineup that blends international firepower with trusted local selectors.

Over the last few years, LP Giobbi has become a defining name in global house music. A jazz-trained pianist turned dancefloor architect, she’s played everywhere from Coachella and Tomorrowland to Portola, Electric Forest, and Lollapalooza, while touring alongside artists like DJ Tennis, Diplo, and Dead & Co. She was named DJ Mag’s Best Producer, tapped as a Spotify RADAR Artist to Watch, and has racked up hundreds of millions of streams across platforms. Whether remixing Taylor Swift or the Grateful Dead, or performing live with her signature piano-forward energy, LP’s sets balance musicality with full-throttle club momentum.

But Yes Yes Yes is more than a headline slot—it’s an ethos. Launched under Defected Records, the imprint rejects strict genre boundaries in favor of one clear mission: dance music that expands your mind and feels good on the floor. Inspired by the free-spirited energy of Oregon’s Country Fair, the brand has quickly grown into a community-driven platform, with releases from DJ Minx, Le Chev, Mascolo, Gab Rhome, and more. Every Yes Yes Yes event carries that same spirit—open-minded, high-energy, and built for connection.

LP is also the founder of Femme House, the nonprofit dedicated to equity in music production and education, reinforcing her role not just as a performer but as someone shaping the culture from the inside out.

EMJIE is a Brussels-based DJ and producer hailing from Charleroi, recognized for blending timeless house grooves with a contemporary indie dance edge. She’s taken her sound worldwide, performing at respected venues and festivals including Fuse, Sisyphos, Zamna, Bar Americas, Pukkelpop, and Tomorrowland. Now she steps into the I AM YOU lineup, adding her refined, club-focused selections to the night.

Also joining the lineup is Bákayan, the Berlin-based artist originally from southern Germany whose hybrid live sets blend melodic house with live vocals and organic textures. After immersing himself in Berlin’s nightlife in 2018, he developed a signature performance style and has since played venues and festivals including Akasha Ibiza alongside Yulia Niko and Avision, ÆDEN Berlin with Bondi, Bahnwärter Thiel in Munich, and Goat Community Festival in Portugal.

His breakout track “Ala Bora” led to releases with Stil Vor Talent and Kindisch, and more recently he’s dropped music on Get Physical, Nervous Records, and Universal Music. He also runs ALA BØRA, a Berlin-based label and event series that reflects his focus on community-driven, melodic club music.

Once again, for another YES YES YES throwdown, LP brings back Fundido—the Brooklyn-based duo and Good Room residents known for bringing serious energy wherever they land. They joined her for the debut rooftop party, and now they’re back for round two, taking over the Gray Area decks at the Ruins.

On June 6, that full world comes to KDC Ruins. Expect driving house, piano-led moments, left turns, and peak-time pressure—the kind of set that stretches from golden hour into full-night release. If you’ve caught a Yes Yes Yes takeover before, you know. If not, this is the one to lock in.
