Originally from England, Noizu—born Jacob Plant—rebranded after moving to Los Angeles, launching a career that has seen rapid success and a strong fan following. Don’t miss this chance to see Noizu at the Knockdown Center for what promises to be a night to remember for New York’s house music fans.
Supported by some of electronic music’s biggest names from the outset, Noizu has become a defining figure in American house music, standing alongside the very artists who once inspired him. His journey picked up speed after releasing “Lasers” on the Chris Lake and Skrillex-curated HOWSLA label, which caught the attention of influential names like Tchami. He followed up with the explosive Jungle EP, an instant club hit championed by heavyweights such as Diplo, Oliver Heldens, and A-Trak. Since then, he’s collaborated with iconic names like DJ Snake, Martin Ikin, Disciples, and Eli Brown.
With substantial industry support and a reputation for his dynamic style, Noizu now heads his own label, Techné Records, nurturing rising talent and showcasing fresh sounds. Techné’s debut track, “Rave Alarm”—a collaboration with Dombresky—became an instant festival anthem and was even hailed as the “Hottest Record in the World” by Radio 1’s tastemaker, Annie Mac. And who can forget his famous tune “Summer 91” that was the anthem of the year and went platinum.
Noizu’s high-energy sets have graced some of the world’s biggest festivals, from Lollapalooza to Day Trip LA, and even Ibiza’s famed club scene this summer. Don’t miss your chance to catch him live at the Knockdown Center on April 26th—an unmissable night for house music fans.
