Brooklyn, it’s on. July 13th, Classmatic is heading to the rooftop of Superior Ingredients for a night that’s been a long time coming. Known for meshing Latin groove with stripped-back tech house, the Brazilian artist is bringing his unmistakable sound to one of the city’s most iconic settings.

Hailing from Tubarão, Brazil, Classmatic—real name Frederico Farias—has steadily built a reputation as one of the most exciting names in house music. Things took off in 2022 when he dropped “Toma Dale” with Nfasis on Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations, a track that dominated dance floors in Ibiza and beyond. Since then, he’s been on a tear, releasing bangers on Solid Grooves, Hottrax, Cuttin’ Headz, Revival New York, and more.

He’s brought his sound to clubs and festivals around the world—EDC Las Vegas, Hï Ibiza, Space Miami, Warung Beach Club, and Club Vibe to name a few. Along the way, he’s shared the stage with big names like The Martinez Brothers, Paco Osuna, Beltran, Seth Troxler, and Ben Sterling.

With nearly 70 releases under his belt, tracks like “El Primer Corazón,” “Catuca,” and his remix of Cloonee’s “Sun Goes Down” have become go-to selections for DJs across the scene. What sets him apart is his ability to keep the floor locked in with sharp grooves, deep basslines, and a sound that always hits.
